Our large, modern hall is situated on Charles Street, in the block between Thuringowa Drive and Bamford Lane.

The main function area of the Townsville Orchid Hall is approx. 280m2 and is accessed via front and rear doors, both having wheelchair access. The amenities include toilets for disabled visitors.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The kitchen area of approx. 16m2 is accessed via two doors and has a 2.4 metre service window. Facilities include an industrial dishwashing machine, electric oven and cooktop, microwave and large two door refrigerated cabinet.

 

 

 

 

 

 

A storage area in the rear of approx. 65m2 is accessed by a 2.4 metre wide roller door and also has wheelchair access. It can be isolated from the hall. Large items can be brought into the hall through this area.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The hall is air-conditioned with the operation of the system working on a time basis. Additional charges apply.

A security deposit is payable and is promptly refunded after the hall is returned in a clean, tidy and undamaged condition.

The Hirer will be responsible for the cost of any repairs required due to any damage to the hall and/or fixtures and equipment and for the cost of any special cleaning that might be necessary.
